Paul T. Mannion is known for his ability to lead successful mergers & acquisitions and attract investors. The merger of Speedcom Wireless, a private wireless broadband firm in Sarasota, and Atlanta’s LTI Holdings was managed by Paul while employed at his brokerage firm. When consulting for Cure Pharmaceutical, he helped guide the firm as it emerged as a public company. He raised over $20 million for Perma Fix Environmental, a soil remediation company. He raised $25 million for Force Protection, an armored vehicle manufacturer. 

Paul is also an experienced strategy consultant and company growth expert. He has nearly three decades of experience in development and management consultancy. Paul has a proven track record of successfully connecting corporate objectives with effective techniques and communicating plans to his clients. 

As a private investor, Paul has a good eye for discovering prospective new enterprises. He serves on the boards of many early-stage firms, utilizing his network and assisting new CEOs as they navigate the seas toward growth and profitability. Whenever feasible, he serves as a mentor and coach for aspiring young professionals.

Paul received his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business. His post-graduate studies were completed at the New York University Stern School of Business and the Georgia State University School of Law.

Paul started his career on Wall Street in the securities industry. After working with Paine Webber, he obtained more trading and investment banking expertise at Oppenheimer & Co. Paul then relocated to Atlanta to work as a Branch Manager for Josephthal Lyon and Ross. He swiftly rose to prominence to become a Senior Vice President at JW Charles Securities’ Investment Banking Division, where he helped complete over $200 million in deals.

Paul T. Mannion became President of Union Atlantic Capital when Wachovia bought JW Charles. Paul oversaw the Investment Banking Division when the business was amalgamated with Street Capital. Paul was involved in the origination, planning, and financing of approximately 60 transactions of varied sizes, totaling over $500 million in concluded agreements during his tenure.

Paul became the Senior Vice President of Clearview Consulting, assisting public and private small growth firms in establishing effective management teams, boards of directors, and sales techniques. Clearview’s services include field research design, analysis, and execution. They design programs, coach personnel, and track outcomes. Paul T. Mannion also works as the Director of Business Development at Zoombang. This proprietary protective gear company is utilized in athletics and the healthcare, industrial, and tactical sectors.
